Aircraft Search & Qualify
Once a suitable aircraft type and budget is selected, our team will search multiple online platforms and our broker network. After a desired aircraft is selected our team will conduct a valuation using VREF and market comparables. We will also perform an extensive logbook review to ensure inspection and airworthiness status.
Negotiate Price & Terms
If you decide to move forward with the aircraft we will help in arranging the aircraft showing and draft an Aircraft Purchase Agreement for e-signatures. Following an aircraft showing which meets your needs we will open escrow and perform a title search to ensure the aircraft has no liens. We will then help with initiating the deposit and schedule the Pre Purchase Inspection.
Close The Deal
Within our desired closing period we will assist you in arranging aircraft insurance, funding the escrow account, and ensure closing documents related to transfer of ownership are completed. Once you are ready to take possession of the new aircraft we will ensure airworthiness documents are onboard, and if needed assist with aircraft delivery.
